I have a 10 week old who absolutely hates tummy time.. she will either just lay there on her stomach and not do anything or she will cry. It’s been like this since we brought her home. If she’s on my chest then she will push up, but she won’t do it when she’s on the floor or propped on a Boppy. When we put her down she will lift her head for a few seconds but she won’t push up or hold her head up for longer.

I’m not sure what to do and I’m worried she’s late reaching the push up milestone.
