Finally!

I have been exclusively pumping for my daughter since we got home from the hospital and she stopped even attempting to latch. Her latch at the hospital was not great to begin with and she was loosing a lot of weight, so I chose to pump to avoid formula. Yesterday I was so close to giving up pumping entirely, feeling like I was constantly tethered to the pump and the house, and over constantly having to wash pump parts. Well today, at exactly one month old, she finally decided to latch and breastfeed. I haven’t pumped in 8 hours and it has been great.
