PUPPP Rash: Treatment and Prevention
I was diagnosed with PUPPPs, if this sounds like you. It started as red bumps but now it’s more like plaques for me from the soles of my feet up to my neck. :( It got worse actually as soon as I delivered and I’m 1 week postpartum now. It’s still pretty excruciatingly itchy/burning. 
So far the only relief I have for this severe case is a very hot shower (which makes it feel worse for a moment), then ending with a very cold one. The cold relieves the itchy feeling for at least an hour or so. 
I’ve read a detox will help which is what I’m going to try next :/
