So I went to for a over the belly ultrasound today ,I'm 5w2d and I'm wondering if anyone thinks twins

Clearly 1 baby. & they definitely would've pointed it out if it were twins.

Tbh you are probably way too early to tell. At ur next ultrasound it will be much clearer. It could go either way. To me it looks like just one baby but I'm no expert 🤷‍♀️
