EWCM but low LH on OPK

I currently have EWCM which is the first time this cycle. I’m currently CD19 of a 29/30 day cycle. I have not yet hit a peak or even a high on my opk’s. One that I took earlier currently looks like this... I never seem to be able to get a high or peak. Although the below is quite high for me!

Do you think having EWCM is enough of an indicator that I could be about to ovulate?
