Workouts?
Okay so I want to work out and get fit while my boyfriend is deployed out, he already knows how I want to get fit. Do any of you ladies have any advice on working out? I plan on working out Monday-Saturday and taking a break on Sunday. Also what are some good diet choices? I don’t want to go on a diet but I need to make better/ healthier eating choices. What are some good motivational things that get you ladies up to working out, because whenever I want to work out I can’t find the motivation to do it! I used to work out every other day but I got sick and it’s been hard trying to get back into the routine. Any advice helps! Thank you in advance!!!
