Do you have any recommendations on how to take a baby out to a restaurant for the first time?

She’s 3months old and our family/friends are too far away for us to ask to babysit. The Texas weather has been up and down (70s to 40 degrees with a recent tornado watch) so we’ve been stuck at home (except the times we’ve been to the mall where we can push her around in a stroller). In a restaurant, we can’t really push her around a stroller so what do you guys do with your SO when the baby cries at a restaurant? How do you feed her at a restaurant (we have expressed milk for her)? We feed and change the baby right before we go anywhere but any other tips would be awesome!
