Messed up baby's sleep schedule because of PPD

My daughter is 9 months old and I've been struggling with PPD and anxiety since she was born. Today it was brought to my attention that by giving in to my depressive thoughts I am unintentionally causing her harm. She has difficulty not being around my partner or myself and she can only occupy herself for short amounts of time. On top of that she isn't able to sooth herself to sleep because I've been holding her until she's fast asleep. We're getting ready to transition her to her crib in her own room soon and I don't want her to have issues falling/staying asleep. Any advice on how to break this cycle and help her learn to be more independent?
