Stuck tampon for two weeks!

About a little over two weeks ago my husband and I had sex while I had my period ( I didn’t think I had a tampon in) well...the following weeks after that he kept saying he swore he felt something but I kept telling him he was crazy. Well tonight he pinned me down and was like I know there’s something there and sure enough he pulled out a tampon!!

It’s literally been in there for two weeks!! I’m freaking out and am mortified and feel disgusting. I’m so paranoid somethings going to happen to me now. What do I do?

We have also been TTC and I know I ovulated yesterday....guess I’m out this month now. I’m just devestated.
