So I just has my baby and so when I applied for my insurance I had to put that I have a child now but my baby is on my boyfriends insurance. We aren’t married and we don’t live together.

I got a letter from medical saying they are asking for medical support forms regarding the absence (of baby’s name). I’m confused on what to do my boyfriends supports our baby, he son his insurance but we don’t live together. What is medical asking for what do I do? I can’t loose my benefits for medical I can’t afford to pay for insurance with how much I work
