Blind man

So I study classical piano and a blind man downstairs in the university's practice rooms asked me while I was walking past his room if I could help him find his cane.

We were both looking for it and he constantly made puns about closing my eyes to find it better and we had a nice funny chat about what we do. He invited me to one of his concerts and asked me about mine too.

And he's so GORGEOUS like SUPER HOT beyond belief, the most beautiful hair on this entire planet and his voice is to die for.

He studies jazz piano so I rarely see him but:

I went on a train near uni yesterday and there he was among the crowd, I wanted to say hello but I didn't want to make a fool of myself so I remained sitting a few rows back.

How am I supposed to talk to him? He just yelled "hello can you help me find my cane" in the hall as soon as he heard my steps but what if I do the same in a public place and he doesn't recognize me? Or if he forgot about me? I'm really interested in getting to know him. I only know his name so can't really find him on social media (I don't have any)

I'm not even sure he's single!!! Hmdhfhhdjsgdhd

Sorry if I'm a bit uneducated on this matter I didn't know/interact much with blind people before him...
