Try to have a baby

Hello everyone I been try to have a baby going on a 1year and I really want one so bad my little girl I had died last year and it’s hard for me get one now I went to the doctor and they said I am fine and my husband went to his and they said he was fine how can I get a baby can somebody tell me how 😢
