Does your cleanser alone remove foundation?

When you do your pm skincare routine, do you just go in with a face wash to wash off your spf and foundation? Or do you find you need to do an initial step? Ie wipe, oil, Micellar, balm??

I do either a makeup wipe or micellar water. My eye makeup doesn't come off without something specifically for make-up

I don’t wear foundation but I would never just go in with a cleanser, I would oil cleanse first

I use a Korean oil to foam cleansers. There’s a lot of different brands like Tony Moly and Holika Holika. Its only one step and super gentle on the skin. I love it!

I don’t usually wear enough make up to need two steps, but if my eye make up won’t come off in one step, I use some Aquaphor around my eyes and gently wipe away whatever’s left. I use an exfoliating cleanser (Philosophy Micro-exfoliating cleanser) which takes off my foundation really well though.

I use micellar water and then a cream cleanser because I find the micellar doesnt get everything off when I'm wearing makeup
