Mine got 5 shots,and a finger prick for iron levels.

Measles, mumps, rubella

My husband took him this time, but he said it was 4 shots PLUS a blood prick for (I believe) hemoglobin and lead. Not all states do a lead test, but in MN there’s a lot of old homes so they check just to be safe.
