Group B Strep...

I got my results a couple of days ago for the group b strep culture, and it came back positive. I haven't had an appointment since getting the result (I have one tomorrow) but I messaged the doctor's office asking what they'd do. I had read they'd do IV antibiotics, and the nurse confirmed that's what they'd do. I'm just still freaking out a bit! I was negative during my first pregnancy. I have also read that there's still a chance of passing group b strep when you're on IV antibiotics..just waaay lower odds.

Have any of you tested positive? What was your experience?
