How to talk to your strict parents ?

I live with my dad, and my older sister. He doesn’t let me date. But he let my sister date at 16 and I am 15 almost 16 (sophomore) . Anyway, I have actually been in a relationship for 10 months now. I see my boyfriend every now and then. I’ve made him a better person since we’ve started dating. He’s also made me a better person. I haven’t told my dad because he already thinks i’m a disappointment, and he always says that no one will ever love me. Even though someone does. I just don’t know how to tell my dad without him getting super angry at me.

Even though i’ve been with my boyfriend for a while, we’ve never had sex with each other. Only kissed and held hands. We both want to wait until marriage, if it gets that far.

I know i’m all over the place but pleaseee help me.
