Positive pregnancy test and ovulation test?

So yesterday I took an ovulation test because I’m at that stage in my cycle and the test came back positive. However, for some reason I decided to take a pregnancy test that is the brand first vue that is supplied by Poundland (UK chain store) and it had a faint line in the test window. I took an ovulation test this morning and that test was negative. I’m so confused. Has this happened to anyone else or is it just cause the pregnancy test is a very cheap one for £1?
