What are your favorite prenatal vitamins? I am currently taking the Vitafusion gummies but they don’t have iron so looking to switch. 🤗

I haven’t really been loyal to a particular brand but I’m currently taking Naturemade. Or something like that.

I take Ritual prenatals. I decided to switch after our loss and stick with something that has folate instead of folic acid as a precaution.

Mine are a bit pricey, but I love them! It’s called TheraNatal complete by TheraLogix ....make sure to take them after you eat!

I have to take these too! Apparently my body hasn’t been absorbing folic acid and this particular prenatal provides it in a different way for my body to take it.

I take Pregnacare, but have to take separate vitamin d tablets.
