whatever you do, skip Spencer's unless you're willing to spend a good amount. in my experience, anything there that's $25 and under is trash. also, if I were you, I would skip the "neon luv" brand completely. hope that helps :)

Go for higher quality. That is both waterproof and can full submerged. I would get a vibrator that is rechargeable, if you get battery operated you end up spending more in the long run than you would with a rechargeable toy. There are brands that offer full 5 year warranties. Adam and Eve.
