Weight gain?

Hello, I’ve always struggled to gain weight all my life, I’ve tried many things and nothing helps. I’ve always heard that birth control helps with weight gain. What are some of your own experiences with birth control?

I was hoping to find such a question today. As i restart my own weight gain journey I’m willing to share what worked for me. On BC pill I didn’t not have much of a reaction. Be always been small any weight I gained while on BC I attribute to college life because in high school I was on BC and still very small. What worked for me is Apetamin syrup (not pills) and weight gainer pro from GNC. Also I would drink Naked and put two  table spoons of olive oil in it and drink a full serving or two every morning. And drink lots of water because all this yielded results fast but it’s not the healthiest option. I did not work out while doing this. I told myself I would work out after a passed my goal weight but I never did and when I broke my regimen +added stress all the weight went away plus more.

I've heard the depo shot usually gives weight gain but I've never used it
