(Update) !! Implantation bleeding after miscarriage!!??

UPDATE : it's been a week now the spotting has stopped its now clear discharge there no period that followed I still haven't taken a test yet but has anyone had this?

Hey girlie's I need some opinions or advice...

I've recently misscarried a month ago now they ended up doing the (misoprostol) method I bleed for a week and that was about it but recently I've been spotting brown creamy cm (TMI) but the first I did it was egg white cm mixed with a lol bit of blood I had these mad pinches a day before it happened and now it's just extremely light brown cm. After this miscarriage I don't know whats right or wrong at the moment it was my first pregnancy so I'm not really that educated is there anyone that can help?
