I need some advice..

So I have a high metabolism and I don’t gain any weight when I eat even though I eat quite a lot. I want to gain more weight and muscle but I am unsure on what foods are best and what exercises to do to have thicker thighs and butt because at the moment I have very thin thighs and a flat butt (I have a kinda rectangular body shape if that helps) but I have no idea where to start I don’t want to join a gym either. Sorry if that is really messy 😅
