Labor signs??

First time mom here...since yesterday I've had horrible back pain and period like cramps.on and off that stop me in my tracks....went to bed woke up an hour later and now I'm nauseous, back pain like no other, shortness of breath, and pain under ribs and freezing...is.this normal or a sign shes coming???

With shortness of breath I'd call your doctor.

This is happening to me now I literally just left labor and delivery. Mine are not Braxton Hicks but contractions but I’m not dilated at all so I have to just wait it out. But same thing here with the intensifying pain and then nausea. 
Id call your doctor and see what they want you to do. I just had to go to l&d, get a non stress test, and have my cervix checked.

If you are having Braxton hicks contractions drink more water. I was told to drink 3 liters.  A hydrated uterus is a happy uterus. Active labor is rhythmic. Contractions every 5 min and you go in. But couldn’t hurt to let your doctor know. Good luck mama!
