Can you get a BFP with no symptoms?

Question

So I am only 7 DPO and not testing yet but asking in general. It may sound dumb, but until I started TTC 2 cycles ago I thought you only got symptoms when you are a few weeks pregnant. But I see so many women on here with symptoms at 10 DPO and so on. 
Can I get pregnant without having symptoms?
I only have very mild cramping from time to time. I'm not nauseous and my boobs don't hurt at all..but should they?

I had so many "symptoms" during the months i got BFN. When i got my BFP i had a little bit of fatigue and 9dpo and that was it. No implantation cramping or bleeding. I was sure i wasn't pregnant this month because i thought if i had those symptoms when i wasn't pregnant, surely ill have even more when i actually am. I couldn't have been more wrong. 😊

I had no symptoms up until week 5. Then I got fatigue, but doesn't bother me, might be stress also, I'm a teacher. Maybe even before my bfp sore breasts too. But I would not consider it pregnancy related, because my breasts are sore quite often before period. The soreness just didn't go away after a positive test. 😃

I drove myself crazy trying to feel symptoms because everyone would have every symptom under the moon. With my son, I never felt a thing until 3 weeks after missed period
