Power Pumping
So I’m doing my first power pumping session (at the suggestion of some mommas on here!) right now because yesterday we had to supplement with formula and it didn’t go well at all. My poor girl was in so much discomfort. I felt sooo bad. 😢
So that said after I finish my session how long do I wait to pump again? My normal 2-3 hours? I know I need to do every 2 hours but I have 2 other kids and the reality of that happening is hard. 😂
