Early pregnancy signs?

I’m on day three or four of intestinal cramps and go bm urgency but not diarrhea. Gassy both burping and farting and just feeling off. Is it a stomach bug or did anyone else experience this before getting a positive? My AF is in 6 days. I wish I could take a test now.

Exactly the same as me.... Af is due in 6 days for me too. I took a test out of frustration and desperation but it was neg, obvs 😂
