Hi, I need some help I’m driving myself crazy!

I’m currently 10 dpo and having no AF symptoms whatsoever when usually for about 2 weeks before my boobs are extremely painful... this month they are absolutely fine. Also around this time of the month before AF I usually dry up completely with no CM... this month I have watery and sometimes lotion like CM.

Can anyone offer any advice to stop me going crazy? I know there’s nothing I can really do until Friday when AF is due, I just needed to vent!
