Baby Dove for sensitive skin. I use this lotion too. Like you said Burt's Bees made my son's skin worse. We also spread out his baths as much as possible and only use free & clear laundry soap.

First eczema is a gut issue you need to heal the gut if baby isn’t eating solids and breastfeeding you need to change your diet. Egg gluten dairy soy are all things that trigger eczema. If baby is formula fed you need to replace with a dairy soy free formula. If baby is eating solids eliminate egg gluten and dairy

We use this I love it because I have eczema and a lot of brands don’t work for me, I’d be willing to try dove I always get dove for body wash.

Cetaphil baby wash is only one that’s worked for both my kids ! They have extra sensitive skin and break out in patches if we use another ,we also only use cetaphil lotion or Vaseline nothing with odor.
