Perennial massage, worth it?

Has anyone been doing or plan to do perennial massage? If so is It worth it and how often do you do it? I was looking into getting an aniball but feel that's a little intimidating 🙈

I recommend it. Only because with my first I had to be cut and tore. 26 stitches all up. 
It took my years to get over. 
I massage with olive oil down there with every baby since.. 
I’m pregnant with baby number 7 now and will start at 38 weeks. For me the tearing and getting cut affected me too much to not try anything

I plan on doing it from 34 weeks. I brought an oil to do it with. It’s an oil specifically for that and the company I brought if from say to do it from 34 weeks.

I have used primrose oil for all my pregnancy’s and I have never tore. Fingers crossed it works again this time. This is my fourth and last baby, I am getting induced Monday. Some people claim that primrose oil prolongs labor... well the longest labor I’ve ever had was 6 hrs and my last labor I got admitted at 8:20pm, had him at 10:08pm... my doctor swears my primrose oil and even used it herself.
