A few different things to address
So this is a few different questions rolled up into one post. I would appreciate if you have any advice for one area, but not all, to still comment on that specific thing. Thank you.
1). Has anyone had trouble losing weight while having the nexplanon birth control implant?
2). How can I eat healthy and stay around 1,500 calories a day without being coming anorexic and feeling guilty everytime you eat anything?
3). How can I get a better at home work out including line dances and other types of dancing?
4). Help me stay positive! I'm only on day 6 and I'm already discouraged.
