Ease my mind

I am a ftm. I recently posted about my birth story on here and my daughter. My baby was born with a lot of fluid in her lungs, a vsd (heart defect) and is possible down syndrome. She is only 3 days old born on January 10th but she was due the 27th.. I could not go visit her today because of a sore throat but my mom went up there around 1pm-3pm

My mom just messaged me saying she didn't want to tell me this but there was some concerns she had with the way the nurse was acting towards my mom about my daughter. She then sent me some pictures that broke my heart. Now I'm not sure if this is normal for them to do so if it is please correct me if I am wrong. The pictures below show 1) her laying flat on her face swaddled. At 3 days old. She does have a breathing tube in but it falls out all the time which we also voiced as a concern multiple times.

2) her cannula (feeding tube) is the long thin orange cord and it was laying weird like it could easily get wrapped around her neck. I am freaking out 🥺😭 If there are any moms who have experienced NICU please comment and ease my mind. That's my baby and I hate seeing her like this 💔💔💔💔
