EYELINER HELP?
I am terrible at winged eyeliner. But I want to do it soooo bad lol.
I have pretty small eyes and a small lid. So I would like to just have a thin line. I practice all the time. I always mess the line up or the wings don’t match. Can someone give me advice ?!? Thank you
