Hey ladies! So my boyfriend is Army NG and at his last drill he was told they were "looking at deploying towards the end of year" no orders yet. But we've been thinking (probably me a lot more😅) about getting married before he leaves. I've read several forums online about people who are/were in this situation. But still want to hear more stories.

I want to preface and say we've been talking about marriage since before the relationship started. So we aren't only thinking of marriage because of deployment, just thinking of rushing it because of deployment. We have also been together over a year, so not too long, but also not super short either.
