I have herpes down below and this little cluster of spots by my mouth look so much like it but I’m pretty sure they’re just spots...second opinion?

Um like someone else has said about it being a cluster. I find it weird for them to be pimples because they're in a group. I think they're herpes

I have simplex herpes and I’ve always had them on my lips but they do look like this. A small cluster of blisters that grow. I’d say it’s more possible to be herpes since it is in a cluster

I get pimples like that, more common from eating oily food or using lots of chapstick/ makeup, the oil just tends to build up in that area. Try washing your face more frequently, that helps me. On the other hand given your history maybe it’s safer to ask your doc 🤷🏻‍♀️
