Cat naps

Is anyone else having a baby who now fights naps? My LO is 12 weeks and now will only take 20-30 min naps. She used to take two really good 2-3 hour naps. Im guessing it has to do with the 12 week leap? She’s in daddy daycare now and he said she took two 20 min naps yesterday. She was pretty cranky when I got home from work. My mom is watching her today and hasn’t watched a baby since I was one (so 36 years here!). Just trying to be prepared. Any advice would be helpful :)
