Night time nappy change?

Question

Ladies, when you do a night feed, do you take the opportunity to change babies nappy too? We always have with every night feed, but as he's getting older I think its waking him up more which takes him longer to settle. What do you do? TIA x

Nope. We only change him if he pooped.

I only change it if hes pooped. Otherwise ill leave him. I put cream on him so hes pretty protected.

I only change for poop or leaks overnight.  Otherwise he dream feeds.  He hasn’t pooped overnight since he was about 2 months old.

My son generally wakes up and immediately poops during the night, so yup. Even if he didn't, I still would at this point. He gets himself to sleep pretty well during the night, so it's not causing any additional issues.

My baby usually poops overnight so I have to. He's also pretty high maintenance about wet diapers so I figure if I'm already up I may as well. That way he has no reason to complain so I can go back to sleep! Lol

I usually change the diaper first and then feed her. She might cry a bit more in the beginning but then if she falls asleep while feeding, she can be put straight back into her crib.

I Definitely change if she poops. However she just got over a bad diaper rash that she had to go on medicated ointment for so I’ve been changing it if it’s pee. 😟it does wake her up and takes her longer to settle down
