My boyfriend sexually assaulted me??? Help

Hey guys. I need advice. My boyfriend of 4 months the other day told me he had sex with me while I was blacked out. I had had a whole bottle of wine,and two shots of vodka and a xanax. I dont remember any of it. He was drunk but not that drunk. The whole day i had been having really bad anxiety and i made it very clear i didnt wanna have sex. I had rejected his advances twice earlier in the day. Then when i get fucked up he thinks its a good idea to have sex. I have been sexually assaulted a few times and have Ptsd from it and he knows this. He knows I'm a little sensitive about that kinda thing. I used to have panic attacks when we first started hooking up. He said he feels really guilty about it and would never do it again. I just feel so hurt and confused. Please give me advice.
Ps he came inside me and he knows im allergic to semen so it burns and I'm not on birth control

I would honestly go seek therapy and leave this relationship. That's such a toxic trait. He should have taken care of you not have sex with you when you refused his advances beforehand

Your boyfriend did not sexually assault you. He RAPED you. You told him no multiple times while sober, yet when you were no longer able to make a decision for yourself he forced himself upon you. He chose to take advantage of you while you were most vulnerable, and instead of taking care if you decided he would take care of himself. He is trash and you need to report him to the police.
