What’s next?

Hey ladies, so I met this guy at this club in university a few months ago and there was this instant connection. We started walking to class together and always talked to each other in the club’s lounge. This weekend I went on a trip with the club where I got to bond with him more. We didn’t spend too much time together during the trip but the time I did see him we had some really nice conversations. He ended up messaging me and apologizing that he didn’t see me more during the trip and that we should hang out sometime soon. I told him that I’d really like that and he replied saying “good so would I”. I then told him to text me sometime and gave him my number. BUT it’s been a couple days now and no word. He read it. But he didn’t reply to the message Nor texted me. I don’t want to seem obsessive or anything, but he really interested me and he showed interest toward me too. He is taking this semester off so I won’t see him around university and i really want to meet up with him and see if this could go somewhere. How long should I wait for him to message me? And if he doesn’t should I message him again? And what should I say? I don’t want to come off desperate. I really like this guys. And it’s bothering me :(
