Silent treatment. How long before I assume it's over

My S.O. and I had a weird "fight", basically he seemed offended that I could not attend one event because I had work. He left my message on read, and when I saw him in person he walked passed by me. It's been a month and he hasnt tried to contact or respond to me but still has me on social media. How long before I assume it's over? Backstory - im usually the one who talks or says sorry first during fights. But Im not sure with what I did wrong. I don't know if I should wait for him or just move on.
