Colic or leap?

For the last few nights my boy (3 and 5 days) has been inconsolable at night time always between 11-2. I offer him boob, dummy, rock him, white noise everything and he’s just cries none stop. I’m exhausted. I have a toddler who has kept me busy so I can’t nap and I’m only getting around 3-4 hours of broken sleep a night. I’m literally at breaking point. I’ve been sat crying with him because I’m just so tired. I’ve had to wake my husband up to take him because I can’t cope tonight. I know baby boy is going through a leap could this be why it is it colic? He tends to cry for around 2-3 hours with only the odd breAk, he doesn’t cry when lying down so don’t think it’s wind ad I burp him. But he does spit up.

Any help would be appreciated because I honestly don’t know what to do!!
