Can I give honey or no? I’m a little worried tbh...I haven’t given him any yet!

I have a bad cold...I’m very stuffed and have a very sore throat and cough...

My 16 month old has a stuffy nose and a cough, so I can old imagine his throat is sore like mine...

I feel horrible. What can I do for him that’s safe and effective? I tried to buy Zarbees, but can’t seem to find it anywhere (I live in Canada)
