When to start giving cows milk??

Just wondering when you start giving your baby cows milk/homo milk? What happends if your still breastfeeding? Do you give them cows milk aswell? Or just keep them to breastmilk??

As long as you are breastfeeding then you don’t need to give cows milk. breastmilk is always preferable.
At one year if you want to you can transition to cows milk but not before one.

A small amount of cows milk in food is fine after introducing solids but it shouldn’t be used as a drink to replace breastmilk or formula until 12 months unless under the direction of your doctor.

Started after 1st birthday and yes I still nursed until they were 23 months

Didn’t bother to introduce until after he weaned at 14m and honestly wasn’t very interested so he eats yogurt, cheese or sour cream daily instead

After she turned 1 year old I stared introducing cows milk in a cup and by 14 months she was drinking cows milk in the morning and I was just nursing at night
