Toddler tantrums

So my son turned 1 on December 26th and now that he’s more talkative and more active, every time we go out anywhere or if we simply stay at home and say no to him he throws the worst tantrums to the point he throws himself on the floor or starts screaming... it’s very embarrassing,

So what advice would you mommas have??
