Babies sleeping thru the night
When did everyone’s baby start sleeping through the night? My son is six months and has never once slept all night. I still get up with him 3-4 times a night, sometimes more. He’ll even wake up and be up for hours during the night. He doesn’t nap well during the day either. Sometimes I’m lucky if I get him to take even two 30-minute naps.
I’m at the end of my rope. I don’t know how much longer I can function. To top it all off, I’m 8 weeks pregnant. So I’m extra exhausted from that, and just knowing I’m about to add another one to the mix who won’t sleep either is stressing me out.
I’ve heard they’re supposed to sleep better once they start eating solids, but that’s not been even remotely the case for us. Can’t just leave him in his crib because he will cry/scream until he can’t breathe (and not a fan of the CIO method anyways). Anyone have any other trips or tricks? I’m desperate.
