Delivering at 37wks

Due to uncontrollable diabetes aandd finding some protein in my urine (was border line HBP) doctor decided to schedule me for a c-section (she's breeched), at exactly 37wks. Please pray for my baby and I, for she is my first. and all I want is for her to be okay, and healthy. All I can think about is, am I making the right decision? should I have asked to hold off until 38wks. I felt like she was giving me a choice, but since the lab work showed the protein. and I know that can lead to pre eclampsia, I truly felt like 37 would be okay. But now I am second guessing myself 😔😔😔
