15 month old throwing tantrums

So my son the past couple weeks maybe even a month or more has been throwing crazy tantrums every single time I tell him no, he yells no at me cry’s sometimes even throws himself down on the ground kicking and all that stuff and I literally don’t know what to do at all in situations like that I’m a first time mom and don’t really know what I’m doing at this point lol. Any advice????
