Has anyone used the Peanut App?

Question

I saw on a stay at home mom sub Reddit that the Peanut App is a really great way to meet women in your area that are going through the same stages of life as you such as motherhood and TTC. I just thought it was interesting and wanted to see if anyone here has used it and could tell me more about it.

I used it and ended up deleting it after a week. I live in a major city and there still wasn’t enough people using it or even responding to really make friends.  Idn maybe it depends on the area 🤷🏻‍♀️

I haven't made any friendships from it, but it is fun. It shows you the "profile" which has pictures, a few things they "like," and how many kids as well as the age of the kids. So if you want, you can more look for moms with children similar in age. 
Be aware though, moms who also do MLM businesses tend to use it to find potential buyers for their business. So as long as you don't mind filtering through the occasional sales-pitch, it can be good for making friends.

I used it and ended up deleting it. So many crazy judge mental women and I honestly don’t want to meet any of them. I have communicated with a few nice mothers and still keep in contact from time to time but it’s like any other social media. You give an opinion or a pov and here comes someone judging and condemning you for it like they live your life. Just not what I need at this point in life.
