What kind of insurance pays for IVF??

What kind of insurance to help pay for IVF ? I have medicare and Medicaid Spring health drug insurance, was wondering if any of you ladies had any of these insurance that helped with the cost to cut it down a little bit, thanks in advance Prayers for all of us ladies trying to have our family!🙏🏻🙏🏻

As some else said, it’s not the insurance it’s whether the employer opted in to cover fertility under the plan. I’m not entirely sure how private insurance works though with this.
If you are in a real bind, supposedly Starbucks covers fertility once you’ve been there for a certain amount of time and work X number of hours a week.

It’s not necessarily the insurance but the employer who chooses to add the fertility benefit to the insurance. Many people can have the same insurance but it all covers different things based on your employer.
