Postpartum ovulation start using opk

Anyone ever used opk tests to predict their first period postpartum while exclusively breastfeeding? I got pregnant with my second child after my first period postpartum at 6 months (so conceived at my second ovulation cycle postpartum). I started using opk tests to predict my first period and I got a high fertility reading today at 5 months postpartum. What’s the likelihood that I’ll get my period this tome (assuming i don’t conceive again)? I’ve heard that sometimes our bodies produce lh surges without actually ovulating
