I can’t really see the romantic side of showering together. I went out on a 4 hr hike with this guy and then we had dinner. Since we were so sweaty and dusty, he suggested that we can shower together. It was kinda cute until I remembered that I have waterproof mascara on (and they weren’t smudged thank god), and my hair got wet (in a pony tail). Before he took me home that night, I saw myself in the mirror: wet hair shaped like a pony tail and the hair tie was all the way at the end of the pony tail with my straight lashes that just looked darker than my natural lashes. I still don’t understand how can he look at someone like that and said something like “you’re so beautiful” and not laugh at all
